I am an experienced SEND Specialist Nurse (NMC registered), Educational Practitioner and a member of the Global ADHD Clinicians Network. I have a current online DBS.

This is a bespoke service and not a large conglomerate, so my aim is to deliver a comfortable and personal individual service.

What does the fee include?

The fee of £450 includes the total diagnosis process, the written report and all associated administrative costs. 

How do I have to pay and when?

Payment details will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at point of booking and the remaining amount paid 24 hours prior to the assessment.

Appointments may be rescheduled but kindly give 72 hours’ notice.
